As you know the university has been providing an array of services to its student community. And for the same reason it should definitely have an effective and efficient grievance redress system. We know that an accessible and responsive GRM (Grievance Redress Mechanism) makes the university more accountable and student-friendly. The empowered student community of today is far more demanding and our ardent wish is to provide them with quality services in a hassle-free manner. This web page is designed as a One Stop Solution for all the examination related queries from our students. We believe that the two-level procedure prescribed here will answer all your questions and resolve your grievances. In the first level you can search popular questions and your queries will be answered by our extensive database of FAQs which is being updated on a daily basis. If you are still unable to find a satisfying answer you can lodge a complaint by clicking the 'Register Your Complaint/ Ask a Question' button and go through some simple formalities for grievance registration. On submitting the complaint you'll get an Acknowledgement and Reference No. in your registered email address. Your queries will be answered through email within seven working days depending on the level/ levels the query has to be escalated.
