We believe that the two-level procedure prescribed here will answer all your questions and resolve your grievances. In the first level you can search popular questions and your queries will be answered by our extensive database of FAQs which is being updated on a daily basis. If you are still unable to find a satisfying answer you can lodge a complaint by clicking the 'Register Your Complaint/ Ask a Question' button and go through some simple formalities for grievance registration. On submitting the complaint you'll get an Acknowledgement and Reference No. in your registered email address. Your queries will be answered through email within seven working days depending on the level/ levels the query has to be escalated.
